~Rent kayaks from Kerry your Super Host and Concierge Specialist to venture out and sitesee from the shores of Hood Canal. Ask about pre-ordered backpack picnics, charcuterie boards and other fun food & beverage options to take with you.

~Check out our historic Dalby Water Wheel, which originally was apart of a cable car system in Seattle and was brought to the waterside town of Union by Ed and Ethel Dalby. It's only a 2 minute walk and located right off the main highway (SR 106). Bring your camera!
~Plan a hiking trip to the Olympic National Forest with stops in Hoodsport to visit our friends at The Hardware Distillery and Potlach Brewery. Make your way further north for our area's famous local oysters by Hama Hama Oyster Co. Call ahead to reserve one of their rustic waterfront shelters. Need help coordinating? You will be able to access the waterfront and easily walk over to our NEW wine bar featuring wood fired pizza. We have a dedicated well marked parking space for easy access.
Other things to note
The cottage is situated behind our NEW wine bar at Hood Canalè with outdoor seating and a fun pizza truck. We own the 2 waterfront vacation rentals (Selkie & Mushroom Patch) as well as Hood Canalè allowing guest's a convenient option for dining, recreation and relaxing on the shores of Hood Canal. You may hear some noise from guest's dining just past the bamboo fence, but nothing past 10PM (during peak season). It has been our experience that the guest noise is very minimal with no complaints. We hope that you like the local action scene and can join in on the fun!
